年度工作总结
2011 年的地测工作中,紧紧围绕集团公司和矿各项奋斗目 标,以“服务安全生产和工作质量标准化”为宗旨,严格管理, 开拓创新,积极组织开展地测工作。经过大家的共同努力,圆 满完成了各项工作任务。保证了地测工作全年安全无事故,有 效地服务了矿井的安全生产,为本矿的“两型三化”矿井建设 作出了应有的贡献。同时在质量标准化建设、制度建设、现场 服务、业务保安、技术管理、新技术推广应用等方面均取得了 一定成绩,现将 2011 年度工作总结如下:

一、 单位工作情况概述
在生产过程中,完成了大量的井巷测量标定、巷道贯通、 探放水、地质描述、煤层探测、层位控制、资源管理、煤窑监 测以及塌陷区测量、补偿等工作,及时填绘各种矿用图件,验 收掘进进尺,并上报有关部门。先后为设计部门、生产科室和 矿领导提供了大量的掘进、回采地测图件和资料。为合理的安 全生产提供了可靠依据,杜绝了技术事故,较好地服务了煤矿 安全生产。 1、采矿工程设计及矿井地质工作: (1)一年来,我们圆满完成了六家煤矿的各项地质工作: ①SⅡS16-7 工作面的设计工作,该工作面根据南一段 6-3 上所见 F9-1 断层落差, 将工作面走向延长 30m,合理地利用了煤 炭资源。 完成了 WⅡN16-9、SⅡN26-6、WⅡN36-5 工作面的设计、掘进 及回采地质说明书。三个工作面的地质工作量较大,特别是 W ⅡN16-9 工作面最后一层沉积不稳定,底板变化较大,我们发扬 了吃苦耐劳精神,每天都要深入井下分析煤层变化情况及规律,

回风顺槽见断层后变化更大,我们进行了深入细致的研究和分 析煤层变化情况,最后保质保量的完成了该工作面的地质工作。 SⅡN26-6 工作面也遇到了工期紧、压力大及切眼漏顶等困难, 但我们没有被困难所吓倒,而是积极想办法根据上层采空区情 况多做剖面,合理调整层位,并做了大量的预测工作,合理分 析、认真研究、尊重客观规律,促使掘进工作顺利进行并保质 保量的贯通。WⅡN36-5 工作面夹矸厚掘进有困难,我们分析了 下层的煤层结构,最后局部破下层煤 0.7 m 掘进(此煤下层夹 矸厚,回采时放不出来),收到了良好的效果,并与+58 巷道顺 利贯通。2011 年所有掘进巷道做到了地质素描准确率 100%。及 时探测煤厚,层位控制准确,资源管理到位,探放水和小煤窑 监控等工作。地质人员、储量人员、水文人员,经常深入井下 现场,详细观测,认真分析,仔细收集整理资料,及时准确做 出采掘地质预报,为安全生产提供了可靠的依据,保证了采掘 工程等工作顺利进行,并使资源合理回收,为六家矿全年的生 产任务完成奠定了良好的基础。 ②高质量地完善了东一采区的设计工作,并报集团公司审 批。该项工作有难度大、工作量大、精度高等特点,为保证矿 井采区的正常接续和我矿的可持续发展,本着生产安全、技术 可行、经济合理的原则,在设计中克服了该区域断层较多、地 质条件差等困难,经过多次、多方案的比较分析最终完成了东 一采区设计。 该设计不仅为初期的巷道工程,提供了基础数据, 还对投入生产后的通风、运输、排水、供电等工作提供了可靠 的技术依据。受到了公司领导的好评。一年来,我们又设计了 所有施工地点的东一采区地质说明书及施工图,此项工作的工 作量大精确度较高,我们在困难面前不退缩,敢打、敢拼、精 益求精、最终保质保量地完成了任务,截止 2011 年 11 月井下

开拓完成 1694.0 m,相应的地质方面质量监督素描图等工作尤为 重要,我们做到了及时、可靠、准确、清晰、完整,理论与实 践相结合,并经常性的指导和监督开拓工作,使开拓巷道达到 了预期的工程质量。 ③完成了西二及南二采区井下避难硐室的设计工作。 (2)一年来保质保量的完了集团公司和矿下达的各项地质工 作: ①精确地编制了年度检测报告,较好地完成了元宝山区国 土局要求的各项内容。 ②2011 年 4 月, 国家搞储量核实用 2009 年的年度检测报告, 要求六家煤矿的南一采区必须重新恢复到煤层底板等高线图 上,9 层煤都要做,此工作时间紧工作量及难度大,需要用人工 卡尺拓到电子版的图上,工作紧时间不够,我们就利用部分业 余时间保质保量地按时完成了任务,受到公司领导的好评。 ③精确地编制了 2012 年及 “十二五” 规划采掘工程计划图, 为我矿下一步的生产计划及生产任务的完成奠定坚实的基础。 ④2011 年 5 月 26-6 月 3 日在时间紧任务重的情况下, 我们 发扬了吃苦耐劳的精神,较顺利的并精益求精的圆满完成了六 家煤矿生产能力核定 175 万吨的全部地质资料。 ⑤2011 年 11 月配合北京龙软公司高质量的完成了龙软储量 方面的升级工作。 2、测量工作 ①2011 年准确、 顺利地贯通了 SⅡN26-6、 WⅡN16-9、 WⅡN36-5 三个掘进工作面,1 、2 两个永久避难硐室。
